My assistant Rebecca came across this post and I wanted to share it because this very topic came up recently in a group coaching session. Rebecca made the point that we as Real Estate Agents are hyper aware of all facets of market conditions, if not immediately looking to buy, the average person probably isn't noticing the changes. I thought it was a good observation from Rebecca as she doesn't have a Real Estate license and generally represents the thoughts of the average client. So here is the link.
