Earlier this year I had an article published on line entitled, “The Bottom Has Arrived!”  It described how the market is shifting from a difficult Buyer’s Market to a Seller’s market.

Some people thought this was premature.  But I knew by talking to my Coaching Clients coast to coast that Buyers were showing up and although it isn’t a Seller’s market yet.  We are clearly in the transition.  And… the news today is beginning to report that the Real Estate market is showing signs of returning health; which for the news is really good to be only a couple of months or so behind the market.
