For over twenty years I have gone out of my way to promote and present myself as a results coach.  My Clients have told me that I am also a great motivator.  I never emphasized that.  I wanted to be sure people saw measurable results out of my efforts.

During that time I developed a lot of methods for motivating people to break through barriers and achieve potential they only imagined was in them.  Now, for the first time in my coaching and speaking career I put together four talks, four workshops that present the methods and ideas, skills and habits that have worked for my clients.

We just submitted them to the National Association’s Executive conference.  I am really excited about embracing this facet of my work.  One is on Communicating Powerfully, another on Choosing Success.  The third is on the Talents of Leadership and the last on Self Esteem. 

Even after all this time, perhaps because I have been at this a long time it is just energizing to be discovering and pursuing new horizons.
