It Happened Again

I won’t give you the details.  In fact they are not important.  Another Client calls to explain her unavailability for an appointment because of a serious and unexpected health issue of a loved one.

Please take a moment, right now and give a silent prayer (whatever that may mean in your belief system) for those people who are suffering and struggling with health challenges, their own and their loved ones.  And add to it a prayer of gratitude for all the health blessings in your life.

This weekend will mark 6 months since my spouse unexpectedly passed, (and what would have been his birthday and our anniversary)only 10 hours after I returned home from major surgery myself. Some days are OK, some are terrible and many I do not even remember. It is really hard getting into my work which I always so enjoyed, or staying focused on anything. Some times I just have to take it a moment or hour at a time. I am a survivor and I will make it through this as well. Living with his cancer battles the past 13 years and everything else in my life have made me so. And I will find the path that this is leading me to...
