My Main Concern is Prospecting...
Coach Rich,
My main concern is prospecting then managing those prospects through to the end, and the future. THANKS

Richard,
Wow, this is way too broad for me to answer very well. So, let me share this more broad insight.
Get started. Human nature is to fear the unknown. I am guessing by your question that you have not done a lot of prospecting because you are concerned (fearful of) every aspect of the prospecting process.
If you were afraid of the water, I would not tell you to just jump in over your head. I’d have you go into the shallow end to learn. And if your concern (fear) over the water was so great that you couldn’t even step in, I’d have you find a very accomplished and confident swimmer that you trust to join you and lead you.
So, as an Agent, jump in to shallow water. Consider whether you have the basic skills to trust yourself jumping in. Do you have the language to make an appointment with a Buyer or Seller? Do you know what to do at an initial Buyer or Seller Appointment? Do you know how to complete the paperwork on a listing and a purchase? Do you know how to serve the needs of Buyers and Sellers, working with them to accomplish their goals?
If you do not have these basic skills it makes sense that you would be concerned over prospecting. If this is the case you need to get basic training from your Broker or to get that training by working closely with a competent, successful Agent in whom you have a great deal of confidence.
