You do have the Choice

Hooray!  She is finally getting it.

Your choices and not your circumstances really do create your future.

I just got off a call with a client and every day she would call me or I would call her.  She is struggling through the pangs of separation leading to divorce.  She has a history of mild depression and she weaned herself off medication (with her physician’s supervision) some months ago.  She has had a mediocre Real Estate career (her description, it’s accurate but I wanted you to know it’s not just my judgment) for a very long time.

Over the past few months as I coached her as well as leading her to best practices and habits in her business I realized that we had to really address her self confidence and self esteem as well as the demonic negative thoughts that so easily come to her head to sabotage her efforts.

Well, yesterday I began to hear the language that a shift has occurred.  She gets that you can control which of your thoughts and feelings you hold on to (although you can’t control which pop into your head and heart, you can control which you hold on to).

It is really exciting and rewarding to see a good human being make a turn that I know will grow into a full fledged shift, gain momentum and lead her life to a new and better course both personally and professionally.

How can I be sure she has really shifted?  I choose to.  I choose to have that kind of unconditional belief in the possibilities of my Clients.  Their results for the past fifteen years has taught me that those choices; on their part to believe and act on their belief; supported on my part by intelligent instruction and unconditional belief are a combination that leads to permanent shifts.  I choose to believe in her and a long history with my Clients has proven that your choices not your circumstances do create your future.
