Historically I have just responded to the person asking the question but I am finding that many people are asking similiar questions and that you could benefit from the information I provide as well. Do you have any examples of an agreement or contract that can be used between team members?

Rick,
Yes, I do, however I don’t share for free.  There are a number of samples in our Coaching Client Library.  And I have many more in my files.  Coaching with me starts for as little as $149 per month.  Or you can register for a one hour business analysis for just $195.  In either case I would share this with you along with much more. 
You can always call for a free 15 minute conversation with me in which we can discuss all these options as well as any other questions you have about building your team and the rest of your business.
Just like you, I walk the line between what I give for free and what I charge for.  As I have matured over the last thirty years in business I have gotten more comfortable with asking for money for value while offering a great deal for free to show people that there is value in my work.
