I like Chocolate Milk
I like chocolate milk.
I have my whole life. But it wasn’t until just a couple of year’s ago that I made it my household drink of choice. (Two minutes in the microwave and it becomes hot chocolate.
What’s the point?
If my parent’s voice was so powerful in my life that it took me fifty years to get over that, what other myths and prejudices are influencing my life.
The decisions in our life are in the moment. The power is in the moment and that moment is influenced completely by our history.
As my favorite author on the power of the mind says, “The Point of Power is always in the Present Moment. You might notice the thought you are thinking at this moment. Is it negative or positive? Do you want this thought to be creating your future? Just notice and be aware.” Louise L. Hay adapted from the book ‘You Can Heal Your Life.’

Thoughts for a healthy soul. This is something that we are almost taught as a society to honor the past and work for the future and rarely do we live in the moment except for holidays and vacations when we experience doing what we want and not feeling bad we are not doing or what needs to be done.
