Ready Fire Aim follow-up
On the topic of ready, fire, aim; I was speaking to a Client this morning whose team sells over 300 properties a year. He also owns two Real Estate offices and is opening three more.
I asked him how carefully he analyzes the markets and information before he makes decisions. He said, “Rich, you can’t over engineer it. You can’t belabor it.” When you find what looks like an opportunity you look into it. Get the best advice you can about it, from the people who have proven themselves to you in the past. Then take your shot. You are usually wrong the first time. So, you just go after it again.
Ready, fire, aim, all three are important. Do reasonable due diligence. That’s the ready. Fire, take the action. Then aim, evaluate and get ready to adjust and fire again.
I guess it’s that time of year when we are all putting things in place for our best year ever.

Sounds like a real go getter kinda person and doesn't let details stop him from moving forward. I see this person as a very hardworking driven person but to outward appearances makes it look easy right!

With so many investment opportunities out there with the large inventory of foreclosures I see many investors profiting from the current market for some time to come.

Many people were not sure the vacation rental business would work. For so many years when people travel they choose hotels and motels. But people love vacation rentals for the week or two they are on vacation they get to live in a luxury house or villa anywhere in the world. They have room to move around and enjoy the day and with children and pets it's just the best. Being held up in a hotel room or having a house to call your own for the week no comparison.
Many people realize this and are taking advantage of the current market and buying vacation rental properties and plan to start there investment careers and maybe someday sell at a profit or retire to the one they love the most.
