(After working out each morning I luxuriate in the sauna.)  “The best product often loses to the best marketing.”  Said a wizened European today as we shared the hundred and eighty degree sauna.

The Real Estate Agent version of this comment is that the best service often loses to the best marketing.  I coach top Agents coast to coast and the highest producers, without question, are the ones with the best marketing and networking. 

Service comes in a distant second.  Combine exemplary service with good marketing and networking and you begin to have the ingredients of the highest producers.

Add a well built team and Real Estate Agent wealth occurs. 

I love this business and this free country that is the fertile environment for it. 

Oh, hey, Maria Sharapova defeated world number one Justine Henin 6-4, 6-0.  After dismissing Lindsay Davenport in a similar fashion, that’s good tennis.
