Agent Update

A coaching Client I blogged about over a year ago achieve his dream of building a strong enough business in the north to confidently move his family to a vacation climate in the south. 
Unfortunately within months of the move the southern market tanked.  That means that house sales slowed to a crawl.  But we looked at the market and the players in it.  We saw a possible opportunity.  This talented man who again had honed his sales skills both working in re-sales and new construction interviewed with builders.  He found a builder whose finances were deep enough to not only survive the market.  This builder was going to challenge the market.  Challenge his people.  Keep only the best and keep selling new homes. 
My client got hired on his second interview and is averaging a half dozen sales a month at sale prices much higher than in his northern home.  He and his family are happily settled in their new home with greater success and contentment than ever in his life.
I love my job.
