A Coaching Success Story
There are so many wonderful stories that arise from this business.
One client’s son has worked hard and found a good level of success at a multi-level marketing company. In doing so he learned how to set and achieve goals, how to track his performance, how to be disciplined in prospecting and how to sell. He saw limitations in that career so he went to auto sales. In each of his first two months he set records for first months in the business and is second in the whole dealership only to the perennial top salesperson.
Here comes the heartwarming part.
He is moving back home from across the country to apply these top level sales talents in his mother’s (my client’s) Real Estate business. She is already having another record breaking year but guess what? Her Buyer’s Specialist just left. So, the timing is perfect. Both mother and son are excited.
