Maintain Your Attitude
I realize I have been talking alot lately about taking time off but I think it is so important to stress especially this time of year-summer when the market is slower and the weather is worth taking advantage of.
Now to my post...
No doubt the Real Estate business is one in which it is difficult to maintain your attitude. Every day I talk to clients, Agents new in the business or thirty year veterans, Agents selling fifteen homes a year or three hundred and fifty homes a year. Regardless of experience and productivity fighting off guilt for taking time off is a common problem.

Regardless of experience and productivity fighting off guilt for taking time off is a common problem.
So if you are feeling guilt for taking time off you are seldom getting away from the business mentally. Every person needs to get away from their business on a regular basis. You need the one hour getaway, the day, the weekend and the vacation getaway, all of it.
And the key is definitely knowing your numbers on a current basis, no doubt. When you know where you are in relation to your goals, where you are in relation to last year, what you have in the pipeline and what your cash flow looks like for your pending business you can relax. Yes, even if it’s not good, knowing still gives you comfort.
Know your numbers. We have a very inexpensive subscription to our coaching charts to keep you on top of this. For more information about knowing your numbers to give you peace of mind, for gosh sake call us.
