Attitude and Energy

Better Attitude and More Energy
No question about it, being physically active creates a better attitude and more energy.  Physiologically it adds up with endorphins and a bunch of stuff that I know very little about.  I just know that when I stop exercising for more than three or four days I get more tired and more negative.  My exercise routine is one of three things, a forty minute weight workout, forty on an elliptical machine, or about an hour of yoga.  There are days when I’ll replace those with a long walk an hour of tennis, Frisbee with my son or some other real physical activity.
