I am going to write an article about how to pick up good leads at opens. First of all the Mike Ferry’s and his ilk taught a huge waive of Agent that opens were useless. At the same time they taught buyers were useless and marketing was useless too. Wrong on all accounts, granted you have to choose good properties to hold open. Then you have to hold them open in a way that serves the owner first, then the visitor’s and lastely appointments with new people. At any rate, so many Agents hold opens with so little effort and intention it’s not surprising they get little or nothing from them.
