Buyers Seem to be Popular
I have had a conversation at least once a day for the past couple weeks about how to be more effective with buyers.  It might be how to hold open houses where you really pick people up, how to create complete loyalty, how to show less houses, or some other aspect.  It is obvious that even the best Agents are realizing that buyers are important in this market.
