Charting Results and it's effects

Our method of tracking Agents business is amazing.  One client after another achieves exceptional results within months of starting their coaching.  An Agent that has never done over two and half million goes to five million, another who never quite hit six million has had five, one million dollar months in a row with every sign that the pace will continue and most recently I have a fourteen million dollar Agent who is hitting two million a month consistently.  I know, it is my coaching program.  It is not magical prospecting or marketing.  It starts with this amazing tracking system.
Granted I spent the last fifteen years perfecting it.  And now that it is online it gives you even more insight into your strengths and weaknesses.  I know its our charts and records too because one client who was stagnant for couple of years asked me why everyone else being coached did so well and she was stagnant.  I told her a few things one of which was that she did a poor job keeping up her charts and records.  By the way it is really easy to keep them up.  It takes maybe ten minutes per week if you have been really busy.
She didn’t like the criticism and for nearly three months has been really conscientious with the data.  You guessed it.  Her numbers are growing.  Her confidence is strong and consistent.  I just read the book Freakonomics, a business best seller last year.  The author, Steve Levitt, consults with the Pentagon, the nations largest corporations etc.  On page 14 he says, “If you learn how to look at the data in the right way you can explain the riddles that otherwise might have seemed impossible.”  I read that and felt really proud of how we have structured the data to explain the riddles and lead our clients to the highest levels of success.

    Rich,

I agree with the importance of tracking data and that probably goes hand and hand with setting goals. I just wish there was a program that tracked leads so I could stay in touch with every one.

      Dean,

There are lots of programs to track your leads.  Two of my favorites are Top Producer and Market Leader.  Both have monthly fees, you can do the same thing with most PDA software and with all contact managers.  Perhaps what you want instead is a part time administrative helper to track and contact the leads for you, qualify them and pass the qualified ones on to you.  (I am talking about qualifying for motivation and urgency not necessarily finances.)

For managing your business we offer the best software anywhere.  Contact us for that.  And it is very cost effective, under $30 per month and $299 per year.
