It seems to be a bit manic.
When it’s good it’s unbelievable.
When it’s bad it can be horrible.

Well right now it’s good and I am just amazed with the incredible people I meet.  I just meet a couple form Australia and they are looking to purchase investment property.  They are so interesting – purchasing property all over the world.  Any they want to work with me!   WOW! 

I am just along for the ride.
