Why Agents leave their office

Agents leave their offices for many reasons.  Most often it is just one reason.  They feel abused by their Broker or Manager.  A client left her office and related to me the situations in which her manager made decisions that clearly favored certain Agents.  Now this can always simply be perception.  Like many Agents, she tried to be loyal.  She told him about it in detail.  In addition she was having some difficulty with the office secretaries.  The client is particular, maybe a bit of a perfectionist.  In fact many of my top clients selling hundreds of homes a year could be described that way.  Well, the secretary called her not to tell her about a piece of work but to say to her that she should calm down and accept things more easily.  In case you don’t get it.  This is not the place of the office secretary.  Almost no Agent wants to leave their office or their company.  It usually takes a combination of bad experiences that feels like unwarranted abuse to the Agent.
